Dear Parent/Guardian,
From the 2025 season onwards we are combining training subs with the annual membership fee, to be paid via ClubZap. This change has come about due to the following: -
- People increasingly do not have spare change for paying subs at the start of training.
- Collecting membership fees & training subs has become a substantial, time-consuming task due to the increasing number of players at all ages, and it is unfair to expect our coaches to take on this duty.
- There is still a substantial sum outstanding against the Complex development project. Therefore, the club must ensure that fees due are paid for all players.
- All players must be members to be covered by the clubs insurance. All players must be members to play in matches or blitz's.
Competitive age groups (U12 – U16)
€150 – one child
€100 each – family with two players
€75 each – family with three or more players
Non-Competitive age groups (U6 – U11)
€100 – one child
€60 each – family with two players
€50 each – family with three or more players.
For example, a family with one competitive player and two non-competitive players will pay a total of €270.
Last season the same family would have payed €378 assuming they paid the full 30 weeks training subs.
The membership fee can be paid in four instalments. There is a 5% reduction if paid in full when joining.
To pay the membership fee on the ClubZap app -> Clubhouse page -> Membership.
ClubZap will calculate the total fee and instalment amounts once you have entered each player’s details.
As part of the membership procedure you will be asked to confirm if you accept the Clonmel Town FC Code of Conduct. We would recommend that you review this short document with each player.
