U-14s Crowned League Champions
Congratulations to our U-14s who won their 3rd U-14 league title in a row
FT Cahir Park 0 Clonmel Town 7. The u14s turned up to claim their 3rd TSSDL Premiership title in a row with an emphatic win in Cahir tonight. Goals from Conor Harvey x2, Bradley Connolly x2, James Grant, Sean Mullins & Jack O'Keeffe. An all round commanding performance by the boys from back to front, putting the hosts under pressure straight from the whistle. Ben O'Keeffe and Bradley Connolly were a constant threat in the wide areas with their power and pace. James Grant playing against his former club put in one of his best performances in a Town shirt this season whilst Sean Mullins, playing in an unfamiliar role was producing killer passes all evening. Half time substitutions saw Jack O'Keeffe introduced and not to be outdone by his team mates produced the goal of the game with some excellent close control whilst holding off 2 defenders to fire a bullet into the back of the net. Well done to the all boys and coaches and thanks to all the parents for supporting the team so far this season.
